Summary Position Summary Supporting the organization's EPIC clinical and Access application support needs to include: Epic training of physicians and staff; development and implementation of a quality assurance process; maintaining application functionality within the MaineHealth model system and supporting end user needs by serving as the primary Epic application resource. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in fields of a healthcare related field is required. License/Certifications: Epic Credential Trainer or other Epic clinical analytical certification required within 6 months of the hire date.
