Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $44,200 - Midpoint: $55,300 (Salaried E6)

Department/Organization: 502305 - Purchasing Card Services

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Summary: The Purchasing Card Coordinator oversees the day-to-day card maintenance and customer service for Purchasing Cards. Orders and cancels cards. Addresses limit requests. Troubleshoots card issues. Maintains all cardholder records.

Additional Department Summary: This position manages day-to-day card maintenance and customer service for over 2600 Purchasing Cards. This includes card ordering and cancellation, limit requests, card troubleshooting, and maintaining all cardholder records in an electronic format. This position would also be a backup to the Manager for P-Card Services.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and some experience.

Skills and Knowledge: Experience with enterprise and desktop software.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Purchasing Card Experience
